Terms and Conditions:

• All entrants must be over 18 years of age and reside within the NE6 postcode to be eligible to win.

• The competition closes on 11th February 2025 at 11:59pm. The winner will be contacted by Mother Mercy on 12th February 2025.

• Each house on the winning postcode street will receive 1 x £50 Mother Mercy gift voucher, valid only for use at Mother Mercy Heaton only.

• Prize vouchers will be posted through the letterboxes on 13th February 2025 to all eligible households on the winning street.

• Vouchers are valid for 4 weeks from 13th February 2025 and will expire after this period, with any unused balance forfeited.

• Vouchers are valid for single use only, and can only be redeemed during one visit, with any unused balance forfeited.

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

• Mother Mercy will never request bank details at any stage of the competition.

• Mother Mercy operates a Challenge 25 policy, and all winners may be required to present valid ID when redeeming their voucher.

• Mother Mercy reserves the right to disqualify any prizes, vouchers or drink tokens.

• Mother Mercy is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers once they have been posted.

• By entering, entrants agree that Mother Mercy may use the data provided for internal promotional purposes only.

• Personal data provided during this competition will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
